We are committed to delivering fresh mangoes. If you receive mangoes that are not in good condition upon arrival (e.g., bruised, overripe, or moldy), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mail2yellowmango@gmail.com We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected mangoes. Please note that some natural softening may occur during transit, which does not necessarily indicate spoilage.
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us atmail2yellowmango@gmail.com We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund if applicable. Once your order ships, cancellation is not possible.
Yellow Mango shall not be liable for any damages arising from your purchase or consumption of our mangoes. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or dissatisfaction with the taste or quality of the fruit due to natural variations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
